Asia Trade Support
•Carry out Bond pricing for 13 Asian currencies. Extracting the prices from market data tools like Bloomberg and Reuters and uploading in the risk management system.
•Uploading EOD prices in the Risk Management System and conducting a variance and stale price check over the entire bond inventory.
•Performing the highly regulated Offmarket process for Bonds and Repo trades.
•Investigating and escalating the bond off market trades to traders and desk heads & documenting the reasons for future control & audit.
•Performing a 5-way EOD trade reconciliation between risk management system and
Trade blotters.
•Creating the weekly and monthly MIS of daily activities for internal and external auditors.
•Maintain a strong governance process, including documentation and addressing RCSAs (Risk and Control Self-Assessment).
•Work with risk management team and carry out internal audit and SOX to ensure credibility of the controls and process.

•Perform Repo, Cash, and Local market failed trade report twice a day giving the correct failed trade list to the desk.
•Pre-matching of Cash & Repo process.
•Trade booking and amending in the risk management system.
•Trade allocation.
•FOBO and FOFO reconciliation on daily basis to ensure error free process of the trade from booking to settlement.
•Work on Repo fail trades by liaising with counterparties to ensure the trades settle.
•Monitoring the rejects queue to ensure smooth flow of trades from booking system to settlement system.
•Maintain a strong governance process, including documentation and addressing RCSAs (Risk and Control Self-Assessment).
