• National Address "Wasel" Activation:
This was a precursor project, to the next one on this list, to establish “Wasel” as a mandatory mailing address within government, semi-government and business organizations. I handled the project manager role overseeing Tamkeen, Ministry of Labor (MOL) and Saudi Post (SP) stakeholders needs and expectations.

• MOL eServices via SP Offices:
I handled the project manger role overseeing stakeholders needs and expectations and collaborating with counterpart project managers at MOL &SP for liaising activities within respective business, administrative and IT departments.

• Work Permit Renewal via SMS:
I handled the project manger role overseeing stakeholders (Tamkeen and MOL along with its service provider STC/Awal) engagement & interaction for service delivery.

• WAFID Portal:
I handled the project manager role overseeing stakeholders (Tamkeen and its portal business & technical developer) engagement & interaction for service delivery.
