* Identify viable business and technical opportunities within the Central Asia region. Commercialize and lead the implementation of renewable energy projects (Solar PV, onshore wind energy, CCS energy storage, Hydrogen);

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintenance government affairs liaisons with the Government and state regulatory bodies.
Negotiating at various levels in order to ensure compliance of the Consortium and the Company’s activities with the conditions and requirements of laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Permitting and Regulatory Compliance process analysis, development, optimization and implementation.

Participation in industry events, associations and conferences; informing the Company's management regarding information on changes in the requirements of the legislation and response measures.
Identify solutions to complex problems by assessing and understanding the needs of numerous user groups, including design engineers, engineers, corporate team leaders, through a combination of different project management techniques.
Development of annual operational plans, budgets, performance targets, and forecasts of labor resources. Development of planning schedules of design and control of the performance of work, forecasting the timing of work. Development of descriptions of business processes, regulations of business processes of the organization.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Optimized Company’s Permitting and Regulatory Compliance process; organized effective work collaboration of units in Astana, Atyrau, and Aktau.
Author of the Corporate Regulatory Compliance Framework and Strategy.
Developed and implemented the decision-making process associated with development, approval and risk mitigation of project permitting documentation. R&R Matrix development and implementation to allow simultaneous operations including management, decision centers, Authorities, vendors and the consortium members.
Implementation of the project of an integrated system for obtaining permits and approvals of project solutions for the Kashagan field facilities:
- Review and approval of the Kashagan field Experimental Development Program
- Annual Programs for the associated gas development and processing
- Environment emission permits
- Review and approval of drilling programs and activities in areas of special environmental requirements
- Sulfur storage and transportation permits
- Environmental Impact Assessments, etc.
Accelerated receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals to start production at the Kashagan field, with the output of the deposit for commercial production of 180 thousand bbl. day.
Project for replacement of 190 km of sulphur and oil pipelines at the Kashagan offshore field.
