Jod Description:

 Supervising and monitoring site labour force, and monitoring the work of any subcontractors
 Prepare workshop drawing, checking bills of quantity and request for additional quantities/work if needed.
 Planing the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities inorder to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
 Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undrataken.
 Review method of statement, approval drawings, quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work.
 To ensure that the installation/execution of equipments and materials is properly followed the construction drawing liase with specification, standard code and other relevant rules and regulation.
 Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractor’s/consultant representative.
 Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
 Prepare Inspection Report and Daily Progress Report in the site.
 Handle problem issued at site and make immediate solution for the progress of the project and to meet the completion date.
 Conduct actual testing and commissioning of the installed equipments and pipeline.
 To settle comments issued by client representative, consultant and contractor.
 To make material request and take-off of materials.
 To ensure availability of Materials/Equipments supplies at the site.
 Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and issues that may arise.
 Prepare quotation, cost and estimation for the project.

 Supervise/lead workers at site for installation/excution of mechanical equipment and piping works
 To ensure that the installation is properly followed the construction drawing liase with building specification, building standard code and other relevant rules and regulation.
 To make a analysis and report of the complete project in aspect of design plan drawing.
 To handle problem issued at site and make imediate solution for the progress of the project and to meet the completion date.
 To conduct actual testing and commissioning of the installed pipeline and equipment.
 To settle comments issued by Project Management Dedvision.
 To make material request and take-off of materials.
 To ensure availability of Materials/Equipments supplies at the site.
