Manage and coordinate Subcontractor, Client, Consultant, Authorities.

• Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
• Monitoring project schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.
• Proactive leadership/ involvement to ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings and BOQ.
• Establish and monitor program and project controls KPI's for the department.
• Study of design drawing and identification of design contradictions, RFI’s, variation in contract.
• Assistance to conclude shop drawing and material submittals approvals prior to construction phase.
• Material planning and procurement follow up to ensure availability of construction materials on time as per project progress.
• Assist QS/ Commercial team members to prepare monthly billing.
• Identify and claim Variation in contract.
• Assists in developing and maintaining project work plan and monitors/ drive work progress.
• Planning/ arranging of tools, plant & machinery and consumables.
• Co-ordination with other disciplines for service and maintenance space provision, access, interfacing etc.
• Drives work progress to achieve timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety.
• Team building with a cohesive action plan for individual team members to work together for a successful project delivery.
• Conducting regular site walks and inspecting works progress, identifying weak links and take effective corrective actions.
• Ensuring completion of concealed MEP services installations prior to closure of void/riser etc., in conjunction with QA/QC team members and obtaining Consultant Sign-off.
• Liaising with and driving completion of testing and commissioning by the services sub-contractor for the commissioning of systems/elements of work.
• Experienced with hydraulic, HVAC calculations, water distribution, water heating, sanitary and storm water drainage.

- Responsible for Management of all Engineering & Site aspects from Project Kickoff till project handing over.
- Successfully managed site team by providing proper inputs and solutions to issues in design and site execution.
- Initial study of all design drawings, Sequence of operation, Specification, BOQ for identifying complete scope of works.
- Raise Major RFI’s by identifying discrepancies and insufficient data in design documents.
- Preparation of equipment static pressure calculation, Inertia base calculation, Pump head calculation Liquid volume calculation etc.
- Have identified Variation claims in contract and have successfully added to project value.
- Major Equipment’s were finalized by cross checking design requirement in coordination with procurement department.
- Assign the work to the workforce in coordination with site engineers & Supervisors at site and give them instructions.
- Initiate correspondences to Main contractor/Client for major issues and site clearances.
- Liaise with Project Manager for complying with commercial aspect of project as per company budget.
- Preparation and submission of pump head calculation.
- Placing of Material requisition for all Major Equipment’s.
- Make material available at site on time, coordinating with purchase department and suppliers.
- Assist planners in planning work schedule and manpower requirement throughout project.
- Preparation of Material submittals as per project requirement by coordinating with suppliers & procurement team.
- Coordination of material deliveries and prepare material delivery schedule as per project requirement in coordination with suppliers and procurement engineers.
- Discuss and mutually agree with the consultant/client for site issues.
- Preparation of Installation & Testing commissioning Method statement, Inspection test plan and Risk assessment in coordination with QA/QC & Safety team.
- Aware about authority requirements in UAE & Qatar.
- Successfully attended QCD inspection and approval for one reputed project in Qatar.
- Scheduled submission of drawings as per project requirement.
- Daily, weekly and monthly report preparation.
- Co-ordination with Architect, Structural & instrumentation teams.
- Work with other team members to meet project time and coordinate goals.
- Well aware about Quality and Safety practices as per company’s ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 policies.

- Planning, coordinating and supervise in HVAC, plumbing & firefighting works for building system construction.

- Checking conceptual design drawing, Specification, BOQ and review the shop drawing for site work base on the project requirements.
