- Assist BIM Coordinators in Creating, Updating, and Revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
- Coordinate and Manage Revit models.
- Create Revit Families and ensure the quality of the models.
- Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
- Use a checklist set-up for quality control on each project and submit work accordingly to deadlines.
- Preparing the Required set of Architectural Drawings for Submissions (Authority and Developer approvals).
- Organize and manage permit documents.
- Creating High-Quality Modeling and Rendering using the software 3DsMax.
- Preparing tender and planning applications and presentations.
- Coordinating the work of contractors.
- Preparing Working drawings.
- Coordinate with Structural, Landscape, and MEP engineers.
- Schematic, design development, and construction documents, as directed.
- Working in Presentations, 3d Renderings, and conceptual architectural drawings.
