Sustaining the long-term working relations with vendors by developing customized service levels such as bulk orders, stock order, minimum order quantity and emergency parts order. • Liaison, Coordination & Negotiation: Handing the logistics tie ups with shipper for parts distribution across worldwide. • Planning of route wise dispatches for timely delivery of materials and to reduce the cost. • Maintaining accuracy and ensuring proper accounting of materials in all inbound and outbound activities. • Periodically conducting the Planned Cycle Counting. • Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators regularly, providing timely MIS reports for statistical analysis and evaluating work performance indicators for warehouse personnel. • Maintenance of all MHEs, warehouse fleet management, monitoring logistics activities. • Ensuring Warehousing Efficiency and Effectiveness in the Supply Chain Process for better service level. • Training management for warehouse personnel for effective operational process • Budget planning for CAPEX and OPEX. • Implementation of SAP MM and WM module as per the industry standards.

• Planning, directing and maintaining an efficient warehouse operation with utilization of 5S principles.
• Providing required support and coordination for all franchises in Central Warehouses and Branches.
• Special attention on storage of packaged dangerous substances and Temperature-controlled Products.
• System supported application for replenishment of stock from Central Warehouse to Branch Warehouse as per the SOP for Inter Warehouse Transfer.
