To ensure all dealings with government offices and representatives are handles in the best interest of the hotel and within the legal requirements of the law.
 Fill in all relevant forms and applications prior processing any licenses or permit.
 Prepare all documents needed for processing licenses or permits.
 Keep track of all expiry licenses, OHC, residence permit or visa and keep Assistant Manager - Government Affairs any nearly expiry licenses or permit.
 Send copy of all Government documents for ambassadors to the HR Coordinator for updating their personal file.
 Keep the passport and any related documents of ambassadors in a secure place.
 Process OHC card for all food handlers’ ambassadors.
 Process entry visa for ambassadors joining the hotel.
 Process the National ID of ambassadors.
 Process applications with the different institutions for new ambassadors joining the hotel
 Process cancellation of all visa's and labour documentation on the termination of all hotel ambassadors.
 Preparing monthly report for the visa expenses
 Responsible for maintaining Procedures

Manual(KPI) and updating system with scan documents
 Updating Crime & Investigation Department (CID System as per UAE Law)
 Organized airport pick up and drop off
 Accommodates all reporting staff daily
 To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Manager - Government Affairs.
Additional Duties for Human Resources
 To maintain the workbooks - preparation, ambassador joiners, ambassadors leavers.
 To assist in monitoring of expatriate ambassador passports, visas and other legal documentations
 To assist in scheduling ambassador medicals and vaccinations
 To coordinate with selected candidates that all required documents for visa processing are completed and available in the ambassador file
 To be responsible for the security and upkeep of personnel files
 To be responsible in preparing all letters requested by ambassadors e.g. salary certificate, NOC letters, etc.
 Assisting staff request and answering phone calls internal and external call
 To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
