1. P&ID'S and Equipments data sheets review
2. Total complex HAZOP Study
3. Total complex SIL/LOPA study
4. 3D model desing review

Responsible for Polypropylene plants with a capacity of 1, 140 KTA.

1. Provide Process Engineering Support to Production department.
2. Prepare technical reports & Studies.
3. Participate in Process Hazard Analysis, PSSR, JSA and RCA’s.
4. Participate in plant modifications, process improvements and other projects.
5. Develop various variable cost optimization & energy savings.
6. Led Successful New Catalyst Trial

Responsible for Field activities at following areas;

1. Steam network & Condensation.
2. Cooling Water.
3. Acid & Caustic.
4. Waste Water.
5. Flare & Storage Tanks.
