• Liaise extensively with the appointed event agency in realizing and delivering the Programme for People and Planet portfolio across multiple venues
• Managing internal and external stakeholder engagement to source, evaluate, direct, validate and match event/programming and venue requirements
• Interfacing with all Events and Entertainment verticals to ensure a good ‘venue-event audience fit’ from a scheduling vantage point
• Liaising with the Master Calendar internal team to ensure all elements of the Programme for People and Planet are diarized as appropriate and all necessary information is attained for the Event Management
Operational Responsibilities
• Working closely with the Events and Entertainment streams and internal Expo stakeholders to giving clear direction to relevant appointed event agency(s) delivering the Programme for People and Planet portfolio
• Being that one point of contact and communications for day-to-day dialogue with the appointed agency through all stages of the delivery process
• Acting as conduit to link the appointed agency to appropriate Expo stakeholders in order for agreed programming to be developed, validated and delivered
• Aiding and reporting on progression, milestone achievements and update of the critical path associated with event agency delivering the Programme for People and Planet portfolio
• Ensuring scheduling and booking policies and procedures are adhered to • People Responsibilities
• Managing relevant personnel to deliver on the above-mentioned
-Applying in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, consumer/
shoppers insights and brand strength/weaknesses to break down the overall brand ambition into marketing and communication plans per market / per store
-Successfully develops the adapted tools to implement the strategy by market/store: ensures all communication objectives are clearly and effectively linked back into the brand objectives (Digital, -Direct Marketing, Media, and PR)
