- Receive all documents and correspondences.
- Maintains an up-to-date logs or records to ensure proper monitoring of documents.
- Distribute the documents to the concerned Engineers and Architects for evaluation.
- Transmits the evaluated documents to the Contractors or Sub-Contractors.
- Copy, scan, and store documents for project reference.
- Create hyperlinks to all scanned documents and assures that it is easily accessible for the internal team.
- Maintain confidentiality to all sensitive documents.
- Manage the proper flow of documentation within the company.
- Arrange all necessary office supplies required by the project.
- Coordinates for the shipment of goods.
- Supervise/monitor to unload goods from the delivery truck container.
- Deliver goods at project site.
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, logistics, equipment and storage.
- Managing inventory of goods.

- Performing multifaceted general office support.
- Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers.
- Sells vehicles by assisting walk-in customers and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Arranging test drives.

- Prepares sales reports and necessary documents to facilitate delivery of vehicles to the customers.
