1.Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen.
2.Create recipe of new pastry and chocolate product.
3.Make all kinds of chocolate bonbon according to their flavor.
4.In-charge of chocolate and pastry section.
5.In-charge of the central kitchen during the absence of the Pastry Chef or Executive Chef.
6.Coordinate daily tasks with the Executive Chef
7.In-charge for checking all pastry orders via ERP.
8.Make fruits edible arrangement.
9.Train the auxiliary kitchen staff in order to provide best results in minimum time and using at the maximum the available resources.
10.Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
11.Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in the production.
12.Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
13.Orders all the ingredients and supplies needed in the kitchen.
14.Daily monitoring of chiller and freezer to ensure that the temperature are recorded and cleanliness are maintained.
15.Knowledgeable in food hygiene policies and procedure.
Making and baking different pastry and bread.
Prepares breads, rolls, muffins, sponges, flavoured bread according to recipe and different kinds of cakes and pastries.
Mix icings and other toppings and decorate cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
In-charge in the production Area.
Organize the kitchen, gather and stock ingredients, and plan desert menus.
Ordering of necessary baking supplies.
Mix ingredients to form dough or batter by hand or using electric mixer.
Check production and expiry of the product in the bakery and pastry.
Ensure proper storage of all items in refrigerators and freezers.
Knowledgeable in food hygiene policies and procedures.
Prepares cakes, breads, cookies, pies, and other deserts and other treats that are going to be served that day.
Ensuring that the stock is maintained so the ingredients are there when they are needed.
Check production and expiry of the product in the bakery and pastry.
Assist and support senior chef and other bakers.
