Entering transactions into Quickbooks
•Handling quotations, invoicing & purchase orders
•General administrative and clerical support
•Collection of accounts receivables
•Maintaining good supplier relationship & processing and scheduling payments
•Scheduling deliveries for local customers
•Proper filling & documentation
•AdHoc Reports requested by management.
•Assisting the accountant for preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
•Assist operations dept in logistics and day to day admin activities of the organization
•Review employee expense reports, salary, reimbursements, gratuity, annual Leave and respond to employee inquiries when necessary

Maintain proper accounting entries / records. Prepare compute input on sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, receivable and inventory.
•Entering transaction into an accounting software called Moneyworks
•Managing daily cash flows and cash flows projection.
•Handling petty cash.
•Monitoring of expense and receiving suppliers invoice, verify record and process for payment.
•Payroll
•Value added tax, income tax, business tax
•Monthly Income statement report & sales report
