Screening of telephone calls and taking messages
* Scanning important documents to send along with reports
* Simple letters may be self-composed.
* Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports,
drafts, memos, letters, etc. from standing instructions or from oral
instructions
* Handle Petty Cash expense report, purchase orders and internal mail
* Execute incoming purchase order as well as all work orders
* Implementation of executive plants and programs for procurement
management
* Execute all tasks requested by the purchasing Manager and the
Procurement Coordinator within the limits of the Procurement
Department

* Submit a weekly report to the Purchasing Manger to explain what has
been accomplished and what has been postponed with the reason
* Propose improvement, remedial and preventive measures that will
improve the performance of work in the procurement department
