orientation & onboarding, payroll & benefits, offboarding, government-related procedures, performance management, employee
engagement, and policies and procedures.
Dealing with All Staff issues for Vacations, Salaries, Iqamas, tickets, exit re-entry visa, Monitoring Face Scan Machines.
Arrange Interview with the candidates.
Answer Employees queries.
Handling Employees onboarding and offboarding process.
Perform orientations for new hires.
Update and keep employee records in check.
Using an HRIS to update employee profile.
Coordinate with other departments and company relatives.

Perform and monitor the implementation of Human Resources functions within the project as stated in HR Policies and Procedures.
