• Collects information obtained from Market Research firms, internet, networks and other sources in preparing reports and analysis
• Generate reports on existing restaurant demographics as collected from the Oracle system and Business Intelligence.
• Prepares analysis of data used for designing Marketing programs and strategies for each brand.
• Assists in the preparation of annual budget and rolling forecast.
• Follow up and study each product and its impact on other products.
• Analyze the marketing campaigns and evaluate their results and report to the Brand Manager.
• Report the statistical data pertaining to growth rates and coverage for all company products in the different markets to the Business Insights Manager.
• Study the market and come out with data that decide upon the actual and expected consumers.
• Study sales outlets, the selling techniques & competitors in the market in order to use this data in planning.
• Evaluate demographics, prices and distribution channels
• Analyze data and distribute different product by using Boston Growth Share Matrix
• Carry on, register, control and prepare accounting data in order to support financial activities
• Provide the company's management with authentic information in line with company's policies and procedures as well as with local accounting regulations.
• Analyze, prepare and submit various reports thus providing the management with information required for planning and organization of activities in a cost efficient manner, in line with the Company strategic objectives and Policies & Procedures.
• Receive, check and book all invoices into the BAAN/SAP system while verifying supporting documentation
• Handle all petty cash transactions and reviewing all supporting documents
• Review employees' expense statements to ensure they are in-line with standards/policies, provide necessary feedback and corrective actions when needed.
• Handle all bank transactions like preparing the wire transfers, checks for suppliers etc. and ensure the supporting documents are reviewed.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure review and signature of the chief accountant. Maintain safely and in a secured manners all blank checks.
• Keep track and account for all advances made and ensure all expenses are accrued for on a timely basis.
• Support calculation of SVC
• Provide variance analysis on manufacturing costs
• Prepare require internal reports for PMI region
• Assess projects and prepare Capex codes
• Evaluate project expense and depreciation impact
• Track Budget and project in Baan
• Control leaf Cost and Leaf Inventories
