Implementing and monitoring quality control requirements and quality assurance policies to make sure the applicable standards, PTS & SOW and approved IFC drawings are properly implemented and monitored during actual works implementation in all projects
Duties:
•Assisting QC Manager in the Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
•Assists in co‐ordination with construction client’s representative & third‐party Inspection.
•Preparing and Maintaining QC reports and documents.
•Supervising and assisting QC Engineers at sites
•Reviewing bi-weekly QC Reports for client and Management.
•Performing internal audit for all projects, to ensure that all project activities comply with the policies, procedures, standards and processes of the organization.
•Co‐ordinate with construction and participate in resolving non‐conformance and monitor the corrective and preventative actions / measures.
•Implement and control identification and traceability procedures.
•Highlight all non‐Conformities to quality manager for action.
•Follow up of client compliance statements, NCRs and consultant observations.
•Analyzing project data, to understand frequency of occurrence of a problem
•Preparing KPI’S to demonstrate how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives.
•Preparing QA/QC Manpower Mobilization / Demobilization program.
