Managing Technical & Non-Technical Recruitment process for appointment of all company staff.
To process all HR related documentation and correspondence for new appointments, leavers, changes in terms of employment, promotions and transfers.
Sourced candidates through internal company database, referrals, networking, job boards & advertisement.
Salary processing for permanent, contracted and daily wager employees in order to ensure timely and accurate disbursement to employees.
Make sure the documentation of employee information, approvals, and other important documents for future retrieval and decision making.
Correspondence with Life and Health Insurance Companies regarding employee claims & card based treatment.
Dealing with the government agencies such as EOBI and Social Security Institutes.
Responsible to initiate Performance Appraisal of all Company Staff.
Responsible to arrange staff training program with coordination of concern HOD Responds to inquiries & resolve problems related to HR and serve as liaison with other departments for all operational issues.
