I am working as a team leader at toegy Solution where I do the following roles:
-Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
-Provide any training that team members need
-Communicate clear instructions to team members
-Listen to team members' feedback
-Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
-Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
-Create reports to update the company on the team's progress
-Distribute reports to the appropriate personnel

I teach the PHP Diploma at ITeShare which includes ( Ajax with Jquery, XML, JSON, PHP, MySQLi, Final Project) and I also responsible for:
-involvement in educational and instructional activities
-developing the methodology to educate students about the topic (problem solving, small group discussions, etc.) and then implementing it in the classroom
development of handout material
-development of audiovisual/multimedia materials for the topic presented
-assure that course content allows students to meet terminal competencies associated with that course

Worked as WEB Developer and used MVC and PHP Frameworks Such as CodeIginter and learn Bootstrab framework.
I was responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
Worked as WEB Developer and learned WordPress, vb, OpenCart. participated in working in some projects and I got so many experiences based on my job.
