Responsibilities on different projects
i. Lead and control all construction teams working on project, and manages manpower allocation with respect to activities and tasks.
ii. Overseeing all activities performed at site including material approval with respect to approved drawing and specifications.
iii. Manages all operations of a complete site / specific zone within a site, and makes sure they are aligned with project plan and within budget.
iv. Ensures that all tasks are progressing smoothly, and solves any problems obstructing the progress.
v. Insuring close coordination with Client about work progress and highlight any critical activities, which can delay project.
vi. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
vii. Coordinating with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Sub Contractors & material Suppliers.
viii. Develop detailed project schedules with resource also insure that Project Schedules are being maintained.
ix. Ensure that communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the Engineers/ Contractors and/Sub-Contractors Representatives.
x. Taking active participation in all meetings for technical/contractual Obligations fulfillment by the company.
xi. Preparing and controlling scope of work as agreed and avoid scope creep for the project.
xii. Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on project.

Worked in FAST ASSOCIATES Engineers & Contractors on the project of “Rehabilitation & Renovation of Seven Damaged Schools” where I was responsible for collaboration with the client in directing, coordinating and exercising functional authority for all, initiating, planning, Executing, Monitoring & control, integration, and closing of the civil projects within his area of assigned authority.
Worked in ALMAS Enterprise on the project of “Construction and Repair & Renovation of BHUs, Government Dispensaries, Residential Bungalow and quarters in interior Sindh of two district Tando Allahyar and Mirpurkhas Sindh Pakistan”.
My main role was to execute the work as per agreed schedule, scope and quality with client.
