I am currently resposible for managing 32 petrol stations in my territory that is spread over 11 cities across the KPK province of Pakistan. My role includes managing the supply chain, retailer profitabiility, sales and distribution of Mogas, AGO as well as lubricant, marketing promotions (national and local) and daily operational issues of all 32 retail sites. When I took over this terrtiory, it was the worst performing territory among all 25 territories in the country. I have managed to grow the performance of the territory both against base as well as against targets. I have managed to grow MOGAS 49% against base and 35% against targets, AGO 15% against base and 7% against targets and lubricants 21% against base and 1% against targets. I have also managed to reactivate and reengage a number of retail sites that had stopped working with SPL and were contributing to negaitve financial impact to the territory. By turning these retail sites around, I have managed to convert this negative impact into significant positive impact on territory profitbaility.
