Instructor at Qatar National Child Passenger Safety Programme (Ghalai).
To train national child passenger safety technicians who will help caregivers fit child safety seats in their car, and I have participated in creating the curriculum of Ghalai certification course.
I worked with Safe Kids Worldwide in cooperation with Hamad International
Training Center (Hamad Medical corporation) as a child passenger safety instructor to teach Certification or Certification Renewal Testing Courses to candidates who wish to become child passenger safety technicians and instructors, as well as participating in many community educations events
- Researching legal & technical phraseology to ensure the correct translation is used
- Conducting face-to-face interpreting
- Retrieving articles from newspapers, magazines & the internet & translating them into English
- Supporting the translation team with other projects when necessary
-Collect all types of payments from customers( Bills, Advanced, Deposits... etc)
-Promote and sell new lines, products & value added services, and perform related data entry on the system.

-Receive and register valid customer's complaints on the system.

-Ensure accurate entering daily operational statistics
-Supervise POS daily work flow, distribute tasks and monitor staff's performance and randomly check related documents on daily basis
-Prepare and analyze the monthly statistical report regarding internal and external Point of Service issues. i.e. daily operation, sales percentages, level of service, number of visitors...etc. and submit it to Head of POS Regional Unit
