I assist and support to the Procurement Manager in managing / reporting the
supply trends and implementation of each sources / planning
• Manage contracts and apply their terms with the suppliers
And ensure cost, delivery or quality management and recommend solutions
• Managing the relationship with third party suppliers, conducting audits of new
suppliers and conducting reviews of rehabilitation certificates as needed,
• Supplier Relationship Management. Follow up process orders and ensure
delivery of products in a timely manner
• RESTORATION MANAGER -(ACTING) -Tamimi Global Company Ltd
(SABIC HOUSING MAINTENANCE PACKAGE # 1 &2) (Sep 2016 -Aug2018)
• Receiving request, creating purchase Request and evaluate all received quotation
than create purchase Order
• Conducted daily meeting with both supervisors to discuss their work, employee
relation and client satisfaction
• Verify the prepared spare parts quotation before send it to client approval
• Increasing & decreasing the man powers upon receiving the quantity of housing
units.
• Looking carefully which we are providing services are reaching to client by full
satisfaction or not.
• Submitting previous month reimbursable summary to related affiliate on first
week of next month.
• Collecting outstanding invoices statement by monthly once from company
accounts for our review and follow up.
