• Contract No 3/1/180/1-1: Upgrading of Al Salam Street and Abu Dhabi City Ring Road - Al Salam Street Tunnel. Subcontractingof Infrastructure & Civil Works to Samsung &SeifBin Darwish JV. Clients ADM / ADSSC / ADDC / TRANSCO / PRFD. Consultants Parsons / AECOM / Tebodin.
• Contract O 2536: Construction Works Associated with Rehabilitation & Replacement of Existing Sewer Lines in Abu Dhabi Island - Part 3. Client ADSSC, Consultant Dorsch.
Duties: • Assisting the Senior QS in preparing the monthly payments.
• Managing the Petty Cash Account of the project.
• Managing Suppliers Accounts (order, invoice, delivery, payment, etc.)
• Managing Subcontractors Accounts (Inspection, evaluating, invoices, payment, etc.)
• Evaluating the approved Requests For Inspection - RFI, and applying the related BOQ rates
• Site inspection to confirm the claimed quantities and activities.
• Coordination with the Site Engineers and Client / Consultant Inspectors.
• Following up the payments with consultant / Client.
• Quantities take off from drawings.
• Assisting in evaluating / pricing new items / activities.
• Preparing reports to the Senior Management about the financial status of the projects.
• Coordinating with Government Institutions (such as ADDC, Transco, ADWEA, Traffic Police, DoT, Mawaqef, etc.)

• Very good experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• ISO and OHSAS.
• Certificate in Excavation Safety
• Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking, and honest.
