Develop individual shutdown schedules, manpower histogram & do schedule risk analysis. Identifying the planning issues and flag in time, prioritize the activities and de conflicting of future plan to achieve cost reduction and highest accuracy for the projects, well Engineering & operation/maintenance jobs.
