Negotiated for better payable credit terms with all local and International suppliers which showed improvement in cash flow and budget management. Mitigated the risk in foreign exchanges by hedging overseas currencies which also resulted in decrease in expenses.
•Reduced freight costs by coordinating with different shipping and logistics companies by getting the best quote, thus showing 7.5% reduction in operating expenses. Negotiated with the banks to deduct only 30% margin for performance and bid-bond guarantees and receiving the same before expiry by follow up.
