• Responsible for company’s core products sales and project sales which are mainly in to Oil, Gas and Power Generation Industries.
• Responsible for Oman division’s complete sales and projects.
• Preparing the annual sales projection for the division.
• Supply of several types of filtration products which include air filters, liquid filters, oil filters and filter bags.
• Responsible for Project for Filtration Improvement for Siemens Gas Turbine at Sohar Power.Proposal for Fabrication and Installation of filter bank and filter locking submitted.
• Supply of Gas Turbine spare parts and equipment.
• Planning and implementing the strategies to achieve the projected sales for the year.
• Coordinating with customers on telephone to build good relationship and customer satisfaction to achieve goals.
• Preparing and participating in the tenders and closely follow up with the clients to close the deal.
• Monitoring and guiding the sales coordinator and sales person on work flow which involves receiving inquiries, tracing suppliers, getting quotes from suppliers and successful submission of quotations to the client.
• Monitoring DP trending of projects completed, on weekly basis and updating database.
• Submission of comparison charts before and after installation of prefilters and updating client on the performance of filters.
• Preparing sales report for quarterly review to realize where we are to make sure that we achieve the annual sales as projected by implementing the required strategies accordingly.
• Handling, coordinating and supervising the subcontractors for certain projects.
• Responsible for Promotion of Company Products.
• Responsible for getting inquiries from Clients, converting them to Purchase Orders and closing the deals.

• Responsible for organizing Roadshows to promote products.

• Responsible for Tender submissions, preparing Tender bond and Tender documents.

• Responsible for in time submission of quotations before deadline.

• Responsible for doing all tasks related to Admin, such as Renewal and Registration of company documents, vendor registrations, follow-up with Auditors and preparing letters to MOF.

• Updating management with new policies, rules and regulations of Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

• Responsible for registration with Chamber of Commerce of different GCC such as Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E.

• Responsible for Procurement globally, for Inquiries from Malaysia and Singapore customers.

• Prepare Generate and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers.

• Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing process to ensure no delays to planned production.

• Monitor and Ensure timely delivery of purchases from suppliers.

• Liaise with suppliers on purchase of Raw Materials, Consumables from local and overseas.

• Plan, source and develop new suppliers/vendors for better pricing comparison.

• Negotiate for Competitive prices material comparison for purchase price variance.

• Responsible for Global sourcing and procurement.

• Responsible for matching lead time, delivery reliability.
