- Maintains, fabricates, modifies, and check laboratory equipment
- Determines equipment requirements; prepares purchase specifications and coordinates acquisition of equipment
- Trains and supervises College Laboratory Technicians, College Assistants, and other laboratory staff
- Manages the set up, maintenance, and organization of student laboratories
- Maintains appropriate safety and hygiene standards
- Maintains required documentation related to laboratory activities.
I passed out of the University of Madras in 1998. on next year, I took up a job in RAGAS DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL. as a Lecturer/ Laboratory Instructor in the Physiology and Biochemistry Department and worked there under the guidance of the renowned Dr.PROF RAMANI EDWIN for TWO YEARS AND FIVE MONTHS. I spent these years in developing and chiseling my own skills as a lab technician. During my PG, I completed a course in Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. During my Master's Degree i received award in Break through Biotechology( PCR-HIV)
I passed out of the University of Madras in 1996. That same year, i went to do my Master"s Degree in Biochemistry
