Blueprint is currently operating in 7 Arab countries, specialized in fit-out projects construction such as restaurants, retail, offices and apartments, involving procurement (US, Spain, France, Italy, etc.), logistics and construction. My role as projects manager is to follow up for projects in KSA, Bahrain and Lebanon from the bid phase till the handover phase, overlooking procurement, tender approvals, payments released and daily site progress.
Check up on tender phase in terms of costs and procurements on all received bid projects Direct liaison with the Client project team (before and after awards) Ensures that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained
Follow up daily on sites with project coordinators Check on contract close-out procedures to ensure that all terms and conditions of contracts have been complied with prior to final payment from client Check up on technical drawings before submitting to client/landlord Manage team to provide schedule of work to client and to team, work orders and procurement lists
Check up with accounting team on the payments procedures, timing and progress
Final approval on internal payments for projects
Fattoh apartment is a turnkey project located in Bsalim - Lebanon. My role as Architect is to first solve existing building problems such as isolation, plumbing and electrical works, design full interior decoration then manage site works.
Design drawings and 3D perspectives for client approval
Finalize tender phase with multiple local sub-contractors
Follow up as Client rep for awarding phase Ensure that all contractual procedures between Client and contractor are implemented and maintained Check on contract close-out procedures to ensure that all terms and conditions of contracts have been complied
Daily follow up on site with multiple contractors
Manage procurement for all materials needed on site (sanitary fixtures, tiles, EIB system, waterproofing works, glazing works, electrical sockets and switches, radiators, and all related materials)
Manage petty cash received from client and pay according to site priorities
Turnkey project including loose furniture, kitchen equipment and all related works
Company focus on glazing, steel & aluminum field. Project manager in charge of executing multiple projects, such as District S - Downtown Lebanon (residential) / Al-Nahr - Lebanon (Mixed-use Project) / Les Bois de Bickfaya - Lebanon (residential) / Mike sport - Baabda Lebanon (commercial), from designing technical shop drawings to fabrication order for execution. Also performing as a link with the main contractor.
