I began my education in the field of hotel business and management, graduating as a certified hotel clerk. My professional experience has since expanded across various hotels and wellness facilities, including spa hotels.

Driven by my passion for different cultures, languages, and mentalities, I sought professional challenges beyond my home country, working in the UK, Portugal, and Morocco.

Prior to relocating to Kuwait, I was employed by the local government in Husum, Germany, from 1997 to 2014. I was responsible for overseeing all public buildings, managing and supervising cleaning staff, organizing training, and handling administrative duties related to facility maintenance. Additionally, I was elected to the festival committee, where I helped organize a variety of community events and celebrations.

Kuwait has been my home and professional base for the past eight years, offering me new and enriching challenges.

In 2014, I began working part-time as a language instructor at a local language institute. By October 2015, I transitioned into a full-time role as a florist in a flower shop. A year later, in October 2016, I took on the role of Manager and Control Inspector at a beauty center.

In March 2017, I joined Dar’wa Management and Advertising. Then, in 2019, I co-founded a cleaning company under the brand myHome, where I served as the Operations Manager. This position allowed me to grow professionally by handling a wide range of responsibilities, including customer service, staff and supplier management, accounting coordination, and interaction with executive leadership. It significantly deepened my knowledge of HR processes and strengthened my ability to manage daily challenges effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Because of my interest of different nationalities, mentalities and languages I started as well challenges outside my own country, such as in UK, Portugal and Morocco.
