and Responsibilities:
•Greetings& serving customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs, without being overbearing
•Keeping up-to-date with all current promotion within the store
•Identifying customers who need assistance on the shop floor
•Responsible for the stock inventory and merchandising in store
•Maximizing store revenue by suggesting upgrades and add-ons to customers
•Making sure that any item which is removed from display column is replaced immediately after sale
•Ensuring that store should be well present at all the time
•Direct contact with clients and handling the complaints
•After sale proficiency (Quality issues, Repairs & Product care)
•Report to Supervisor & Line Manager
•Store opening, banking, cash counter and store closing
•Responsible for activities related to cashier and other management task
•Drive the budget and time management
•Competition update and product feedback
