• Attending enquiry / tender of concern organization as per & job specification with departmental representative of all aspects of job & mode of quotation.
• After getting job from Purchase Department of client in form of LOI, work order or Purchase order use to inform to the concerned department for making arrangements of drawing, bill of material (B.O.M), site location, storage location to keep our tools & tackles safely, mode of transportation of material to site etc.
• Scheduling the job on daily basis as per PERT CHAT given by department.
• Make final Memo, Challan (Invoice) Invoice Cum Challan & Bill for the job as per mode of billing (some time part bills are being asked as specified in tender/enquiry), duly signed by proprietor/ site engineer (as applicable) & representative of department.
• Erection & Commissioning of equipments
• Follow up & co-ordination of jobs as per schedule.
• Preparing of job progress report in daily basis.
• Checking & inspection of incoming spares as per part list & reference drawings.
• Preparing report on Incoming spares.
• Involved in Safety related activities like preparation
