Description of Duties / Responsibilities:
• To keep liaison with customers of assign territory.
• Design all required marketing and sales program for assign territory and participate in various exhibitions and seminars.
• Assist to prepare territory budgets and recommend appropriate distributors for all assign region and design all organization projects and facilitate in sales for same.
• To secure orders & also advance planning of the orders of regular customers with reporting Manager.
• To forward orders queries/planning to Purchase Department for prices & procurement (only for info purpose).
• To prepare initial costing of the order/s
• Engage in tenders activities- from pre-bid to tender closures
• To prepare Performa Invoice & Sales Contracts after finalization of order/s
• To prepare aging of the accounts of the customer in case of multiple shipments.
• To prepare stock orders (SO) or marketing orders (MOs) on SAP accordingly
• To follow Marketing Orders till execution of the shipment in coordination with Purchase, Export & Finance Depts.
• To inform customers about shipments dispatched with shipment details received from Export Dept.
• To prepare Final Commercial Invoice & fwd the same to customers
• To get Bill of Lading copy from Export Dept. to fwd the same to customer
• To f/u customer on payments according to payment terms
• To maintain record of monthly sales and data on target vs. achievement.
• To prepare monthly cash flow on monthly basis
• to inform customer in advance regarding any price revision / change from suppliers / marketing, and any news related to biz
• to explore new customers/ business avenues thru net surfing
• To analyze Marketing intelligence thru reports receiving from Export Dept. and hunt the customer/s. And offer products being supplied by competitors to our regular customers.
• To send formal company introduction along with product list/s in line with customer port folio
• To file / record of morning meeting agenda such as monthly cash / export shipment chart / Da -Dp chart/medicines Chart from Purchase Dept., & minutes of the meeting
• To keep strong follow up on minutes of meeting to accomplish the job in targeted date.
• To keep liaison with ROYAL GROUP Sales Reps. abroad on day to day issues and keep updating to reporting Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Sales & after sales service Of analytical & Laboratory Equipment
• Targeting, positioning and segmentation of potential customers
• Achievement of SKU wise & Institutions wise sales target
• Develops and applies understanding of customer organizations and networks and of diverse influences that affect customer decisions (e.g. peer relationships).
• Uses detailed knowledge of competitor products’ features and benefits during sales calls to improve sales.
• Communicating courteously with Clients by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
• Coach & train end user on product.
• Prepare monthly work plan to visit potential prospects and customers.
• Keep an extensive and regular follow-up on all key customers, plan and implement sales Strategies
• Maintaining sales records & key market data.
Responsibilities:
• Sales promotion of female Hormonal and antifungal medicines, Oral Contraceptives and levonorgestril containing IUS (intrauterine system)
• Targeting, positioning and segmentation of existing and new customers.
• Prepare monthly work plan to visit potential prospects and customers.
• Collect & format relevant data for existing and new customers and maintain a data base. Keep an extensive and regular follow-up on all key customers through frequent visits.
• Making strategy to beat the competitors, to analyze market trends & suggest ways to develop company business, Plan and implement regional sales promotion campaigns.

• Achieve sales targets through extensive selling effort
