The project is a large-scale, mixed-use development on a man-made
island. It includes infrastructure works (roads, bridges, utilities),
landscaping, and public amenities. The development features villas, a
central mixed-use area with basement parking, residential, retail,
dining, and supermarket, as well as a mosque, clubhouse, 5-star hotel
and a golf course.
• Duties: Responsible for Assessing the variation and Claims across a
range of disciplines, including Civil works, Fit-out, MEP, Soft and hard
landscaping

• Projects: VVIP SH Palace at Pearl Qatar, Com Eighteen tower at Lusail
& Rawdat Mehairqa resort at Dukhan
• Duties: Subcontract Packages, Subcontract agreement, Variations,
Payments Certification

Project: (People Mover System) at Qatar Education City; A with 24 integrated with the Doha Metro,
providing to all facilities within Education City. Client: Qatar Foundation ASTAD Duties: Subcontract Packages, BOQs, Material Reconciliation Statement

• Position: Quantity Surveyor
• Duration: February 2016 to March 2019: 03 years
• Projects involved:
1. Shoumoukh Twin Tower Fit-out, MEP, Civil & Joinery works for Various Office Units & Restaurants, Buildup area: 11, 000m² 2. Joinery works & Baffle Ceiling for STK Restaurant at Ritz Carlton 3. Fit-out works for Aldo Coppola Beauty salon at Al-Hazm Mall
• Duties & Responsibilities:
• Under Pre-Contract □ Take-off Quantities by Manually, Using AutoCAD, PDF & Plan Swift and Writing proper Item Descriptions for Preparation of BOQs based on QCS & QSMM. □ Studying the Tender Documents, conditions and getting clarification from the Client. □ Preparation of procurement & Subcontract Packages and Coordinating with procurement team to finalize suitable Subcontractors/Suppliers. □ Sending inquiry and follow-up for Quotations as per specifications & vendor list.
• Under Post-Contract □ Explaining to subcontractor regarding drawings & specifications related issues □ Site visits, assessment of work completion □ Preparation of Monthly Payment Application to Client/Consultant Based on Site progress Reports. □ Identify and Process Variation Orders. □ Evaluate suppliers & Sub contractors proposals for awarding. □ Joint measurements for valuations, Variations and rectify disputes.
