Counting the money in the cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts after all transaction of sale are processed to ensure that the amounts are correct and there is enough change. Receive the payment by cash, credit cards, and vouchers. Post the guests orders correctly. Accurate to give the change to the guests. Accurate to settle and close all transactions in the of operational, then prepare all daily reports ( revenue, cansellation or void, discount, voucher, comlpimentary ) then record it in each files. Keep cashier area always clean and tidy, and ensure have enough stock of equipments and files needed for operational. Following the telephone procedures issued. Handling take away orders via telephone or direct guest. Send kitchen order and bar order to suppliers and follow up these order in the next day. Handling daily food and beverage inventory. Prepare all monthly reports. Depositing daily cash sale to the Bank and maitain to get the change from the bank.
Greeting customers whenever entering the shop, asking them what they are looking for, assisting them and informing the new collection available in the shop. Continue to look around the shop if any other customer needed help. Keeping all items tidy again as soon as customer left.
