Raised in Southern California, my desire for broader perspectives pushed me beyond California to Mexico City, New York City and currently, Jakarta.

Cultivating over 30 years of experience in the fi eld of Planning, Design and Development, I have led and completed projects across 12 nations. Beginning in the fi eld of architecture and design, to evolve beyond and embrace planning and property development. My most recent assignment involves Indonesia's “National Urban Development Project.” A national capacity building initiative partnering national policies, priorities, and strategies with city planning and development. NUDP’s drivers address rapid urbanization, the New Urban Agenda and Indonesia 2045.

My perspective and capabilities galvanize “Visions” into business plans. Addressing multiple perspectives to deliver the development road map and achieve the
“Bigger Picture”.

As Head of Strategic Planning, Sacha generated synergies across multiple
development groups to deliver the 2023 development plan. Creating the
pathway forward between stakeholders, consultants and partners for
two townships totalling 3, 000 Ha.
