Preparing proposals, sales reports and present to Senior Management.
Providing inputs and ideas to marketing enterprises for ad roll outs and other campaigns.
Sales analysis on a day to day basis to identify shortfall areas and communicating the same to Senior Management and branch heads to assist in decision making.
Continuous interaction with team leaders and sales consultants to ensure sales achievement based on the targets.
Preparation of Weekly Projection reports and monthly pipeline reports to ensure sales target achievements.
Managing a team of Call Centre Executives to provide customer support across 11 branches.
