Product Planning for all current models as well as for the launch of new models.
Study and finalization of Model line-up and specifications for models (Model year changes as well as new models).

Preparation of Early bird reports for all new model introductions.
Sales discussions on a monthly basis for identifying product shortfalls and key areas to focus.
Coordinating with Marketing Division for preparing Ads, Campaigns, leaflets and brochures.
Collecting / reporting Market intelligence / Competitor information of model line-up and specifications.
Preparing proposals, sales reports and present to Senior Management.
Providing inputs and ideas to marketing enterprises for ad roll outs and other campaigns.
Sales analysis on a day to day basis to identify shortfall areas and communicating the same to Senior Management and branch heads to assist in decision making.
Continuous interaction with team leaders and sales consultants to ensure sales achievement based on the targets.
Preparation of Weekly Projection reports and monthly pipeline reports to ensure sales target achievements.
Managing a team of Call Centre Executives to provide customer support across 11 branches.
Deal with customer complaints raised by call centre executives.
