RAKBANK, the trading name of the National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah, is a public joint stock company, headquartered in the emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah, in the UAE. The RAKBANK Channels Testing for core banking applications includes, Mobile Banking testing (for all devices), IVR, Internet Banking (Corporate & Retail Banking) and for the testing of RAKBANK Direct Website and RBD Mobile app.

Responsibilities:

• Prepared Test Scenarios based on the analysis for the different system threads for the channels
• Reviewed Test Cases, Scenarios and traceability matrix
• Test Execution reporting and Analysis, Defect review and reporting
• Performed BAU Testing and Core Testing simultaneously for the CRs and fixes
• Performed Mobile Banking testing on - iPhone, Blackberry, J2ME, Android and USSD simulator

• Extensive exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Auditor for Projects and Support group function
