As Sr. Functional consultant my job is to implement the oracle E Business suite. Analysis of Complex Business System, Re-engineering of Business Process, implementation of best business practices. Writing of Key and End Users Manuals, Simulation documents for implementation, High level and detailed Solution Design, Documents for system development, System and data conversion from legacy to ERP.
My responsibilities as functional consultant were to lead supply chain team to implement Oracle E- Business Suite.

Project: Al-Abbas Sugar Mills Ltd.
Period: Jan 2008- To Sep2009
Responsibilities / Tasks:
• Implementing Purchase, Inventory and Order management modules of Oracle E-Business Suite (R 12) as Supply Chain Lead
• Analyzing the current business process, and legacy system
• Recommendations for BPR to meet the short comings of the current system
• Implementing and configuring of test, UAT and production system
• Conducting CRP and UAT Sessions
• Preparing process flows, implementation documents, business requirement, functional mapping, module limitation and functional gap documents
• Ating as a liaison between developers and clients to develop with a close fit to client requirements
• Conducting training sessions of the end users
• Post live support of the project
Project: JS Bank Ltd.
Period: Sep 2007 - Jan 2008
Responsibilities / Tasks:
• Implementing Purchasing module in a bank in centralized fashion to help procurement department to work effectively
• Analyzing the Business Process, identifying policy gaps and security loop holes in the system
• Gathering reporting requirements and also development of customized reports using oracle reports
• Making test scripts and conducting UAT Sessions
