Manages the Client Services Coordinators (creates staff schedules, manages workflow, handles staffing and employee issues, enforces departmental policy and procedures.

Prepared extended washroom advertising proposal for GMR Airport, Hyderabad, GVK Mall And BMW .

Handled Oliva Skin Clinic advertising Campaign and introduced Khanaexpress, an online booking service for Lunch/Dinner for MNC employees through Washroom Advertising Medium.
Created and developed survey report format for return on investment for clients at Indoor medium, drafting questionnaire and managing a team 4 member to collect data from visitors to indoor shopping malls,
