Set within the luxury hotel is the city’s largest convention center at 83, 000 square feet, the venue can accommodate up to 1, 500 guests and includes an amphitheater, two ballrooms and 20 state of the art meeting rooms.

- 3.2 billion USD project, 13 million USD OS&E for the food and beverage division
- Assist the director of food and beverage in the daily operations through maintaining a high level of services and encouraging employee’s upselling to maximize hotel revenue
- Created SOP’s for the banquet department
- involved in the creation of restaurants SOP’s, playbook and service sequences
- Created training manual for Banquet team
- In charge of Jawharat Al Qasr tent during the holy month of Ramadan
- Achieved a total revenue of 2.1 million Saudi rials for the first year of Ramadan operation, 3.2 million the second year and 4.5 million in 2019
- Exceeded the Restaurants budget by 4.3 % in 2019 compared to previous year with a total revenue of 16 million
- Exceeded the banquet budget for the year 2019 by 10 % with a total revenue of 25 million Saudi rials
- Leading the day to day operation of the all day dining restaurant (175 seats), Saltz (80 seats), Karamel Lounge (125 seats), in room dining (241 rooms)
- Overseeing banquet spaces of 83, 000 square feet (20 meeting rooms, 2 grand ballrooms, 2 junior ballrooms and 1 Auditorium 1600 seats capacity)
- Actively involved in sales & marketing and public relation with developing new accounts, creating marketing plans, online promotions for food and beverage
- Designed and implemented amenities program with the Executive pastry chefs and the in room dining for the entire hotel rooms (224 rooms, 30 Executive suites, 30 Royal suites 500 square meter each)
- Overseeing payroll, promotions, Performance preview, Leaders performance preview, vacation plans for the entire division
