Job responsibilities:
1. EMC Storage System
o Responsible of 4Clariion CX400, 4Clariion CX300, 1Clariion CX3-10c, 1Clariion CX3, 1Clariion CX4-120, 4Centera Gen4LP and 1Centera Gen3 in MOH project as troubleshooting, configuration, Maintenance, Generating PM check list report, upgrading flare code and direct contact with EMC.
2. SAP System
o Client Administration including client copy / export / import / delete.
o User Management like User Creation, deletion of user, users locks.
o Analyzing of missing authorizations and assigning Roles to users.
o Profile maintenance through PFCG.
o Transport setup and management.
o Online and Offline Backup.
3. Switching, Routing, Wireless and Security
o Support, maintenance, upgrades, new installations and troubleshooting on the core networks consisting of Cisco, HP Procure, Huawei and Extreme switches
o Static Routing, RIPv1, RIPv2, EIGRP, OSPF, and Redistribution
o Catalyst IOS based Switches, STP, RSTP, VTP, Trunking, VLANs, Layer 3 Switches, EtherChannel, and FHRP
o Configuring Routers, Switches, PIX Firewalls and ASA.
o Preventive Maintenance check list for overall Network
o Design; Re-Design of customer networks through Microsoft office Visio.
o Installing and configuring Wireless AP Cisco, Linksys and Extreme Standalone (without controller) or with controller.

Job responsibilities:
1. Cisco Systems.
o Setup and administer the whole network consist of Cisco 4506E as a core switch And 39 Cisco Edge switches with full redundancy network.
o Monitoring the network performance using Cisco Works & CNA .
o Configuring the following protocol (Routing protocols - VTP - Access lists - HSRP - DHCP - VLAN )
2. IP phones System
o Administer whole Avaya phone consist of 175 Avaya desktop 9620 and 60 linksys wireless phone .
o Create new extension for new employees and transferring incoming calls to his mobile and give him password to access oversea calls.
o Monitoring the quality of service for incoming and outgoing calls .
o Configure linksys wireless phone and create new extension for it via SIP server .
3. Wireless systems.
o Configuring Aruba wireless devices and connecting them to Aruba wireless controller .
o Checking the signal strength and adjusting the AP to the Optimal use.
o General Troubleshooting.
4. CCTV system
o Responsible for 65 CCTV IP Camera as installation, Configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring, solution and support.
5. Access door System
o Responsible for 66 access door as installation, configuring, troubleshooting, solution and support.
o Responsible for configuring access card for each employee with different authority.
