• Working on Systems as Sales Force, BizFlow & Compass to upload & create new insurance policies.
• Renewal of Policies, Addition and Deletion in Existing Policies
• Coordinating with Agents & Brokers on regular basis
• Maintaining Relationships with producers
• Assisting Renewals and managing Quality Check Process.
➢ Lead and direct a team of 5 members to achieve the targets and goals for the company
➢ Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
➢ Increase sales volume and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas as stated in the hotel marketing plan.
➢ Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities
➢ Analysis of local and market specific trends and competitor activity to identify and convert business leads
➢ Develop customer accounts and specified market area to drive business to the property and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams, with focus on business
➢ Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
➢ Attend Sales blitz, and/or trade shows in key market to develop new business and to contact established clients in these cities
