· Supervise cleaning operations of guest rooms and public areas to maintain top-quality hotel standards.
· Prepare duty rosters, assign tasks, and ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts.
· Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
· Manage inventory of linens, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies; prepare requisitions as needed.
· Report and follow up on maintenance defects or repair needs with the Engineering department.
· Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
· Support the Executive Housekeeper in preparing reports, staff evaluations, and departmental planning.
· Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints or special requirements, ensuring complete satisfaction.
· Oversee lost and found procedures, ensuring proper documentation and guest follow-up.
· Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to uphold departmental performance and morale.
· Train and mentor housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures, guest service, and safety protocols.
