Maintain ledgers, pay bills, collect funds.
o Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, superannuation, leave and
training, and prepare Payroll.
o Prepare payroll, generate work orders, handle phone calls and incoming mail, install software
programs, and maintain files.
o Taking the requirements from Clients & issuing a quotation accordingly, taking inquiry from the
suppliers for the incoming requirements.
o Issuing time sheet of the labors to the suppliers and receiving invoices against the same
o Reconciliation of bank statement, Serve as a bookkeeper, handle accounts
* Increment and renewal of contracts & Visa of employees.
* Application/renewal of company license(s), permits registration, Chamber of Commerce
and other legal company matters.
