Responsible for the organizing and operate 3 Duty Free seaport shops, and monitor the customer service, inventory, store cleanliness, store displays, product stocking, customer complaints and returns
Responsibilities:
" Deputizing for the retail Manager, supporting and overseeing shop openings.
" Overseeing the sales and retail staff.
" Day to day running and operating of stores.
" Ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation in all branches.
" Working closely with visual merchandisers.
" Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
Create marketing strategies based on buying trends and consumer profile information. The strategies are implemented with the goal of achieving predetermined company objectives.
Establish customer satisfaction programs, promotional packages with coupons and incentives as well as materials for media distribution
Allot the budget among marketing campaigns, advertising strategies and promotional tools and supervise subordinate, assigning tasks and following up to ensure successful completion.
Responsibilities:
" Responsible for the communication with the sales and marketing teams to design marketing programs.
" Prepared attractive presentations for the seminar presentations and marketing campaigns.

" Develop self and marketing staff by providing information, educational,
" Planning for advertising on media, magazines, billboards&etc
" To oversee and manage the day to day operation of the shops effectively and efficiently, maximizing sales and ensuring the security of stocks and cash in accordance with company policy of BDFS.
Responsibilities:
" Ensure that all departments conform to all legal and company requirements.
" Ensure that all members of the shop floor and management team promote and maintain customer relations to the highest standards. Maintain and develop the image of BDFS.
" Ensure that the operation is managed in accordance with company policy so as to establish an operation that not only meets but, exceeds performance levels as required by senior management.
" Ensure that maximum sales and profits are achieved.
" Ensure that sales targets are met by the effective communication of relevant information to duty supervisors and taking corrective action in the event of sales slowdown.
" Ensure all personnel are motivated towards excellent customer service.
" Liaise with MIS, Finance Department, Purchasing, Security, Marketing and Merchandisers to maximize sales and return on sales for BDFS
Work under the directives of corporate management to ensure that a store presents its merchandise in a way that maximizes sales and assist managers with merchandising and using appropriate signing and visual tools throughout the store.
