I decided to turn back into the e-commerce environment and have the opportunity to use my skills in managing teams and time management and project management. Some of my duties during working there is :
• Help manage the workflow of our designers, developers and QA engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Work directly with clients and web developers to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
• Oversee the management of all data and information flows within the company to ensure that comprehensive and accurate management information is available as required.
• Develop project specs, manage the project plan and work with teams to execute on plans.
• Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels.
I had chance to show my ability to effectively manage multiple medium-sized eCommerce projects or individual large-sized eCommerce projects over GCC and Turkey
I decided to turn back into the development environment and have the opportunity to improve my skills in managing teams and time management and project management. Some of my duties during working there is :
• Direct and control the developers of the Full Stack team if any to ensure that they are well motivated and receive all necessary request of tasks and development to enable them to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified by other teams inside company such as like Client side or QA side or Publisher sides needs, within agreed parameters of incoming or ongoing task, duration and quality.
• Oversee the management of all data and information flows within the company to ensure that comprehensive and accurate management information is available as required.
• Following the project scope under a certain time of the sprint. Using agile principles with Scrum for a specific set of rules to ensure get high performance from my developer team by using Jira and Trello and other types of applications to help me manage team ongoing tasks.
Coordinate all project-related phases and operations including communication with application requesters and validation of the systems
• Managing whole e-commerce shopping from order to delivery.
• Developing e-commerce website systems for reliable, secure shopping and improse UI and UX for better shopping in multi-language & multi-currency.
• Implementing new e-commerce system for provide solutions that benefits my organization in cutting costs, saving time and reducing complexity, which further helps in having lesser focus to achieve excellent customer experience.
• Non-stop IT support for whole company and my colleague in hardware and software needs.
-Translate software admin interface for international users.
-Follow and manage e-commerce project of my clients until its able according to their orders in design and integrations.
-While in Sales Department, help customers (including international ones) to find perfect packages or create perfect package for their needs in E-Commerce world.
In Austria, scholastic grades use a 5-point grading scale, where: 1 ("Sehr gut" - "very good") is the best possible grade, 2 ("Gut" - "good") is the next highest grade, 3 ("Befriedigend" - "satisfactory") indicates "average" performance, 4 ("Genügend" - "adequate") is the lowest passing grade, and 5 ("Nicht genügend" - "unsatisfactory") is the lowest possible grade and the only failing grade (usually earned for less than 50% of the maximum achievable credit).
