• Act as the overall Country Representative of the Company (Waqalla).
• Interprets labor laws and administers them accordingly.
• Administers a wide variety of personnel policies and procedures regarding employees hiring (e.g. advertising positions, processing applications, recruitment, separation, verifying employment, orientation, etc.) for the purpose of conforming to the company policies,
procedures, and relevant laws.
• Communicates with other employees, departments,
administrators, applicants and the public for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, policies and procedures, personnel records and related legal requirements.
• Coordinates employment process (e.g. processing applications, inputting data, analyzing transcripts and references, preparing announcements of vacancies, retention of substitutes, interim positions, permanent positions, etc.) for the purpose of meeting the staffing requirements while complying with established guidelines.
• Process all types of visas including employment visas, Visit Visas, Exit Re-Entry Visas and residence visas for employees.
• Process and renew of permits and licenses including SAGIA, Company Registration, Chamber of Commerce Certificates of registration, Civil Defense Certificate, GOSI, etc.
• Issuance and Renewal of Employees Residence Permit.
• Liaising with all Governmental bodies with regards to the
requirements of the Company.
• Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments
to the prevailing laws/rules/regulations, changes in forms/formats, and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department advised of such changes
• Obtain quarterly sponsorship reports from the immigration/labor office and tally sponsorships and resubmit to the immigration/labor office with relevant support documents
• Selecting and negotiating with health insurance agencies to get the best deals, this would cover all employees.
• Arrangement of Saudi Trainees under the assistance of TAQAT and HRDF.
Participating in Events, Forums, and Exhibitions.
• Maintaining the required number of Saud Employees to
meet the requirement of Saudization.
• Analyze and solve all government-related issues with both
the employees and the Company.
