• Project Management & Delivery Governance - Center of Excellence (A profile of 120+ projects with 1 billion revenue):
o Served as Center of Excellence for project management & process to ensure better performance through consistent processes, compliance, intellectual capital, tools and hands-on support
o Led a neutral team to oversee projects/portfolios performance & financial health indices

• Risk & Issues Management:

o Developed an intelligent projects/programs/portfolios dashboard (Tableau BI) with numerous number of insights & statistics that transparently, brought facts & visibility to management, and data-driven decisions became easier
o The dashboard is capable to notify all in-charge stakeholders when problems are approaching. As well as providing solutions, graphical & descriptive/textual insights
